Chapter Zero

 

Refreshing a non-profit with the aim to combat climate change

Chapter Zero are a non-profit organisation which aim to work with non-executive directors and help them set achievable goals and pioneer change within their companies when it comes to tackling climate change.

My roles within the project were:

  • Initial conversations with client, defining expectations and understanding pain points

  • Being apart of stakeholder interviews

  • Creating a User Persona to inform design choices

  • Creating concepts and presenting them to the client

  • Working with the UX team to define user journeys

  • Low-fi and high fidelity wireframing/prototyping

  • Lead creative for web design

  • Defining project for developer hand-off

Conclusions from conducting stakeholder interviews

Creation of a user persona, which was used to get a better understanding of how to design the site

Moodboard of collated research, whislt in the exploration stage of the project

 
 

Prospective concepts, these designs were presented to client to overall confirm the direction of the site in terms of look and feel
